My name is Tracy Babcock and I am a native of Grand Island. I graduated from Grand Island Senior High and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

I obtained my real estate license in 1998 and have been a multi-million dollar producer every year. In 2010 I earned the CENTURY 21's Centurion Producer's Award, The Quality Service Pinnacle Award and the CENTURY 21 President's Award for top production and quality service in the same year.

I received my Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation in 2001 and completed my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2002. The CRS designation is held by only 10% of the Realtors across the United States.

I was President of the Grand Island Board of Realtors in 2001-2002 and was voted 'Realtor of the Year' in 2003.

I have served on the Board of Directors for the Central Nebraska Goodwill Industries, Women's Health Services & the Grand Island Noon Rotary Club. I have also served as a Trustee for the St. Francis Hospital Foundation & have served on the YWCA FinancialAdvisory Committee & the YWCA Nominating Committee. I was the Rotary Foundation Chairperson for 3 consecutive years. I have served as President of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church Vestry, and currently serve as President of the Goodwill Industries Housing Corporation.
